Packaging and Delivery

All of our jewellery is beautifully packaged in a Karleigh King pouch or jewellery box and sturdy box accompanied by information cards. 

Deliveries within all South African major cities are charged at R90.00. Alternatively, outlying areas are charged at R300.00. All orders are dispatched using Aramex, and will receive a unique tracking number. All orders will require a signature on delivery.

Items purchased from karleighking.com will only be delivered to locations within South Africa. Shoppers, who wish to purchase items to be delivered to locations outside of South Africa, must please complete their orders via email at karleighkingdesign@gmail.com to ensure correct shipping costs and fees can be calculated.

If an order is returned to us due to the postal or courier service not being able to complete the delivery for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

Subject to availability of the item ordered, we aim to dispatch within 7 working days of purchase. If the item is readily available and in stock, we will dispatch it on the following working day.
